About the Role
The Reservation & Ticketing Agent is responsible for handling ticketing, reservations, passenger support, and ancillary services for customer airlines operating at Zayed International Airport.

Key Responsibilities
Reservation & Ticketing Operations
- Issue and reissue airline tickets using the Amadeus Reservation System.
- Handle EMDs, manual tickets, and airline ancillary services.
- Support customer airlines operating from Zayed International Airport.
- Assist passengers with reservation-related inquiries and travel arrangements.
Financial & Sales Responsibilities
- Handle daily cash and credit card sales reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate financial reporting and ticket sales records.
- Coordinate with finance and airline revenue teams.
- Respond to chargeback queries with supporting documentation.
Passenger Support Services
- Arrange transportation support for disrupted passengers.
