About the Role
The Storekeeper is responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching spare parts, tools, consumables, and equipment. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:- Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Verify product quality and report shortages or damaged items.
- Issue materials based on approved documentation.
- Process returned materials and update inventory records.
- Record material transactions using the ERP system.
- Monitor stock availability and report inventory shortages.
- Check expiry dates and shelf life of stored materials.
- Maintain proper storage, labeling, and preservation of inventory.
- Keep warehouse facilities clean and well organized.
- Operate forklifts when required for loading and unloading activities.
- Receive and issue spare parts, equipment, and consumables.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Identify fast-moving, slow-moving, and obsolete inventory.
- Prepare warehouse and inventory performance reports.
- Follow all company HSE policies and participate in emergency response activities when required.
Eligibility Requirements
