🔍 Job Role Overview
The Store Assistant will manage warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring smooth material handling, accurate stock control, and strict safety compliance.
Note: Only candidates with prior steel or industrial experience will be considered.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and issue steel materials
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock
- Monitor inventory levels and identify slow-moving items
- Assist in preparing material requests and purchase orders
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical counts
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations
- Support supervisors and warehouse teams
- Provide efficient internal service to operations teams
🎯 Experience & Skills Required
- 2–3 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience
- Steel or industrial sector experience preferred
- Knowledge of inventory control systems
- Good communication skills
- Team player with professional attitude
- Reliable, flexible, and safety-focused
