Position Overview – Warehouse Coordinator
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing daily warehouse and sub-store operations while ensuring accurate inventory control and timely coordination of shipments. The role supports logistics operations, administrative activities, and communication between suppliers, internal departments, and service partners.
Maintaining compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and healthcare regulations is a core responsibility of this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate timely replenishment
- Maintain accurate stock records across the warehouse and sub-stores
- Inspect incoming goods for quality, quantity, and documentation accuracy
- Identify and resolve stock discrepancies promptly
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with logistics providers
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and product transfers
- Communicate shipment timelines and delays to internal teams
- Review purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and delivery documents
- Maintain inventory files, system data, and operational reports
- Use WMS and ERP systems, including Oracle, for tracking and reporting
- Support order fulfillment and quality control activities
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or inventory coordination
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and stock control processes
- Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines
- Understanding of warehouse health, safety, and compliance standards
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, and Arabic language skills are a must
