Job Overview
The Clerk – Offsite Warehouse will support day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving shipments, inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and maintaining warehouse documentation.
The selected candidate will help ensure smooth inventory movement, operational efficiency, and compliance with warehouse safety procedures and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Main Duties Include
- Receiving and inspecting incoming shipments
- Verifying deliveries against purchase orders
- Organizing and storing warehouse inventory
- Conducting temperature zone inspections
- Performing expiry-date verification checks
- Managing dispatch accuracy based on requisitions
- Updating inventory data through the BirchStreet system
- Conducting stock counts and reconciliation
- Preparing warehouse and inventory reports
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Maintaining warehouse safety and compliance standards
- Coordinating with internal departments for smooth operations
Employees are expected to maintain strong attention to detail, organization, and operational accuracy throughout all warehouse activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse operations experience
- Hospitality or logistics industry experience preferred
