Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing.

Main Duties Include:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and storing animal feed products according to company standards.
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock checks.
  • Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.
  • Processing sales transactions and maintaining cash register accuracy.
  • Coordinating stock replenishment with primary warehouses.
  • Ensuring the store remains organized, clean, and fully stocked.
  • Assisting with loading, unloading, and delivery arrangements.
  • Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Preparing daily sales and inventory reports.
  • Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
  • Following Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in storekeeping, retail operations, or customer service.

Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Access
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • ERP Systems

Preferred Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of billing and inventory management software.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
  • Understanding of GWP and HSE standards.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
