Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse store operations while ensuring excellent customer service and accurate transaction processing.
Main Duties Include:
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing animal feed products according to company standards.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and conducting stock checks.
- Assisting customers with inquiries, product information, and order placement.
- Processing sales transactions and maintaining cash register accuracy.
- Coordinating stock replenishment with primary warehouses.
- Ensuring the store remains organized, clean, and fully stocked.
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and delivery arrangements.
- Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Preparing daily sales and inventory reports.
- Participating in monthly, quarterly, and annual stock counts.
- Following Good Warehouse Practices (GWP) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) guidelines.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in storekeeping, retail operations, or customer service.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Access
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- ERP Systems
Preferred Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of billing and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
- Understanding of GWP and HSE standards.
