About the Role

The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President's Office. Main Responsibilities

  • Screen and prioritize incoming requests, correspondence, and official documents.

  • Coordinate visits of dignitaries, VIP guests, and government officials.
  • Prepare official letters, speeches, and reports in Arabic.
  • Review sensitive Arabic documents for accuracy and quality.

  • Manage the Vice President's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate with administrative teams in both Dubai and Abu Dhabi campuses.
