Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or a comparable customer service position within the UAE
- Proficiency in CRM systems and methodologies
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in English; proficiency in an additional foreign language is a plus
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with a solid understanding of telephone etiquette
- Strong customer orientation and the ability to adapt to various personality types
