Job Purpose

The Foods Customer Service Specialist plays a key role in leading customer service operations within a complex supply network. The role focuses on shipment planning, financial forecasting, and ensuring stock availability across distribution centers.

The objective is to enable best-in-class supplier performance through accurate forecasting and alignment with business norms.

Key Responsibilities

The main duties include:

  • Primary shipment planning and forward forecasting (Volume & GSV)
  • Ensuring stock availability at distribution centers
  • Monitoring weekly, monthly, and yearly shipment plans
  • Validating weekly CAN-Do planning and promotional forecasts
  • Supporting financial volume submissions for S&OP cycles
  • Leading supply risk mitigation discussions
  • Coordinating with logistics, finance, and deployment teams
  • Managing end-to-end reporting and stakeholder visibility
  • Monitoring forecast accuracy and shipment performance

This role requires strong collaboration across departments and proactive risk management.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Planning
  • Experience in supply chain or FMCG operations preferred
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management abilities
  • Strong communication skills
  • Technical system proficiency
