As a Guest Services Agent, you will ensure smooth, efficient, and friendly airport services while maintaining strict safety, security, and operational standards. You will assist passengers, resolve enquiries, manage complaints, and support airport processes to create a positive travel experience for all guests.
This position plays a key role in daily airport operations and directly contributes to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Handle check-in, boarding, baggage assistance, and passenger screening services
- Support handling agents to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery
- Assist passengers with connecting flights and provide accurate travel information
- Coordinate with cabin crew for smooth and on-time boarding operations
- Conduct initial security screening and monitor controlled access areas
- Respond to customer enquiries across multiple service channels
- Manage and resolve passenger complaints professionally
- Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when necessary
- Track and report recurring service issues to supervisors
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality
🎓 Education & Experience Requirements
- Minimum High School certification
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service or airport operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
