Position: Line Supervisor
Job Overview
The Line Supervisor will oversee daily laundry operations, lead operational teams, maintain quality standards, coordinate with different departments, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and delivered on time. The role also focuses on improving productivity, reducing rewash rates, and maintaining workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily laundry operations.
- Monitor quality and reduce rewash levels.
- Lead and motivate operational teams.
- Support employee onboarding and performance reviews.
- Improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain ERP receiving and dispatch records.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams.
- Work with engineering for equipment maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and ISO 9001 standards.
Requirements
- Higher Secondary Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Previous supervisory experience in commercial laundry operations.
- Experience managing production or operational teams.
Required Skills
