About the Role
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily service center operations in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop operations while ensuring workplace safety.
- Lead, mentor, and support technicians to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor workshop KPIs and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify workflow challenges and provide practical solutions.
- Ensure technicians have access to necessary tools, equipment, and training.
- Manage workshop organization, inventory, and housekeeping standards.
- Conduct daily team meetings and allocate workloads effectively.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns and service-related issues.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support.
- Assess team training needs and coordinate development programs.

Candidate Requirements
- Technical background in the automotive industry.
- Previous experience as a Service Technician is preferred.
- Knowledge of Electric Vehicles (EVs) is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to analyze operational data and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital management systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
