Job Purpose
The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for ensuring a smooth, professional, and welcoming experience for all guests and members. This role focuses on providing excellent service, supporting daily operations, and maintaining the highest hospitality standards across the club.
Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Service Attendant, you will be the face of the organization and play a key role in guest satisfaction.
Core Duties Include:
- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with inquiries, directions, and information about facilities.
- Handle bookings, check-ins, and reservations.
- Ensure guest areas are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with departments such as F&B, housekeeping, and golf operations.
