Heavy Vehicle Driver Job Opportunity

Job Purpose

Drive a variety of company-based light and heavy-duty vehicles in field locations and other company sites to transport, load, and off-load equipment, machinery, components, and pipes safely and efficiently, following company policies and road safety procedures.

Job Specific Accountabilities

• Operate buses, heavy trucks, loaders, and other heavy equipment.
• Load or assist in loading vehicles with materials for transportation to different company locations.
• Follow hand signals and verbal instructions while loading and positioning materials.
• Ensure loads are properly secured and balanced before starting the journey.
• Drive employee buses to transport passengers safely between locations.
• Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers during transportation.
• Inspect vehicles regularly to maintain proper operating condition.
• Follow scheduled maintenance requirements and deliver vehicles for servicing when needed.
• Report vehicle damage, faults, or malfunctions to the supervisor immediately.
• Drive and maintain vehicles professionally while obeying local traffic laws.
• Follow safety regulations related to vehicles and plant operations.
• Obtain work permits when entering restricted or prohibited areas.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness inside and outside at all times.
• Ensure company stickers and identification marks remain clearly visible.
• Report accidents involving the driver or company vehicle and prepare required reports.
• Ensure vehicle registration and insurance documents remain valid at all times.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Minimum Qualification

Completion of Primary Education.

Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills

Minimum 4 years of relevant driving experience.

Professional Certifications

Valid UAE Heavy Duty Driving License.
