Now Hiring: Load Controllers
- Position: Load Controller
- Location: Based on operational needs
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in load control or ground handling
- Nationality: Open to all nationalities
This is a mission-critical role that ensures every flight meets the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and validate accurate load plans and aircraft trim sheets
- Ensure cargo is loaded in accordance with aircraft balance limitations
- Coordinate with flight crew, dispatchers, and ground handling teams
- Monitor cargo using load control systems and maintain documentation
- Ensure full compliance with aviation safety rules and ATC procedures
- Identify and report any load irregularities or safety concerns
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in load control or aviation ground operations
- Strong knowledge of aircraft weight & balance and cargo procedures
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Familiarity with load control software is a plus
- IATA Load Control Certification (or equivalent) preferred
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
