  1. Office Assistant
Job Purpose

The Office Assistant serves as the first point of contact for visitors, applicants, and guests. The role includes managing front-desk responsibilities, answering queries, and maintaining a welcoming environment. The position also involves handling administrative activities such as document collection, photocopying, mail distribution, filing, and office support in line with Air Arabia’s operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

The Office Assistant will perform a variety of essential tasks to uphold the efficiency of the office:

Reception & Guest Management
  • Manage the main reception desk and respond to incoming calls.
  • Greet and guide visitors and applicants professionally.
  • Offer refreshments and ensure visitor comfort in the waiting area.
  • Escort guests to the required departments when needed.
Document & Office Support
  • Collect and deliver documents, stationery, and messages efficiently.
  • Support HR and other departments with photocopying, filing, and document handling.
  • Maintain a tidy and safe office environment at all times.
  • Operate office equipment such as printers, fax machines, and scanners.
Mail Handling & Courier Services
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing couriers and postal packages as instructed.
  • Ensure correct and timely delivery across the office.
General Administrative Support
  • Organize tasks based on priorities and instructions.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
  • Stay updated with department locations, names, and organizational updates.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
  • High School certificate or Diploma in any field.
  • Pleasant personality and positive work attitude.
  • Well-groomed, organized, and physically fit.
