Key Responsibilities

- Manage gas cylinders and coordinate returns with suppliers.
- Record warehouse transactions accurately using SAP systems.
- Issue materials based on approved departmental requests.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
- Organize warehouse locations, storage bins, and shelving systems.
- Monitor shelf-life materials and report potential expiry issues.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
- Strong understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Experience using SAP modules and Microsoft Office applications.
