About the Role
The Customer Service Agent will communicate extensively with passengers, airport users, airlines, and airport stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service delivery and buggy transport assistance throughout the airport terminal.
Employees will work in a fast-paced airport environment where professionalism, patience, communication skills, and customer care are essential.
This role requires candidates to remain mobile during shifts while assisting travelers with airport information, transport services, facilities guidance, and special passenger support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and efficient buggy transport services inside the airport terminal
- Assist passengers with airport information and terminal guidance
- Support elderly passengers, children, and people of determination
- Coordinate with airport representatives and airline stakeholders
- Provide information about lounges, gates, ATMs, restaurants, and airport facilities
- Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and requests
- Attend briefing sessions and maintain service standards
- Support emergency response procedures when required
- Report unattended items according to airport SOPs
- Report faults and operational issues to supervisors
- Collect passenger feedback for service improvement
- Ensure compliance with airport standards, policies, and procedures
Work Environment
