Job Overview – Receptionist

As a Receptionist at Premier Inn Dubai International Airport, you will be the first point of contact for guests. Your role is essential in creating a warm, welcoming, and professional experience from check-in to check-out. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to perform efficiently under pressure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers in line with Premier Inn brand standards
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures smoothly and professionally
  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding room rates, promotions, hotel services, and local attractions
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and payment processing accurately
  • Follow cash-handling procedures and ensure financial accuracy
  • Identify corporate leads and support long-term guest relationships
  • Encourage online guest feedback and promote positive brand engagement
  • Review guest feedback and suggest service improvement opportunities
  • Perform general front office and administrative duties
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to resolve guest requests or complaints
  • Ensure guest safety by following hotel safety guidelines and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Hotel Receptionist or Front Office staff
  • Working knowledge of Opera PMS is mandatory
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, and writing) are mandatory
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy hotel environment
  • Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team
