About the Role
The Sales Consultant will drive sales performance, manage customer relationships, and ensure every client experiences the world-class standards of the Audi brand. You will showcase Audi’s luxury vehicles while providing exceptional support to both new and returning customers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Sell the full range of Audi vehicles and add-on products to achieve sales targets.
- Prospect new customers through multiple channels to generate ongoing sales opportunities.
- Participate in promotional events, sales campaigns, and marketing activities.
- Maintain updated knowledge of Audi models, features, pricing, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure showroom displays meet Audi’s global branding standards.
Operational Excellence
- Manage the end-to-end sales process from inquiry to final handover.
- Explain vehicle features, operations, and after-sales services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s CRM system.
- Follow up with existing customers to build strong, long-term relationships.
- Contribute improvements based on Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) results.
Personal Development
- Stay updated on new Audi model launches, technology, and market trends.
- Participate in training sessions and annual performance reviews.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 2–3 years in automobile sales, preferably in the UAE/Middle East.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, customer handling, CRM skills, and passion for premium vehicles.
