📌 Educational Requirements:
For Head Positions:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- Teaching certificate (e.g., PGCE)
- School leadership training is a plus
For Assistant Head Positions:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education
- Teaching certificate (e.g., PGCE)
📌 Experience Needed:
Head Positions:
- At least 4 years of teaching experience
- Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
- Experience in international or bilingual schools is a bonus
Assistant Head Positions:
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Knowledge of Italian and international school systems is helpful
