Role Overview
The Store Keeper is responsible for managing and controlling technical store operations for aviation materials and spare parts. The position ensures that all inventory transactions are properly recorded in the computerized inventory system and that materials management follows aviation regulatory standards.
The role also ensures compliance with QCAA, EASA, and organizational quality procedures related to materials and spare parts handling.
Key Responsibilities
Main duties include:
- Update and maintain the computerized inventory management system
- Ensure aviation stock items are delivered on time to maintenance teams
- Assist with receiving incoming goods for inspection
- Dispatch spare parts and materials to outside stations when required
- Monitor stock levels and identify items that are out of stock
- Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards
- Protect technical stores from unauthorized access
- Record daily operational activities and maintain shift handover reports
- Perform additional tasks assigned by the technical materials management team
These responsibilities help maintain the reliability of aircraft maintenance operations and ensure efficient supply chain support.
Qualification Requirements
